Vietnam and Singapore have taken significant steps to deepen cooperation in green growth and sustainable commerce through a dedicated business engagement programme. The initiative, titled “Sustainable Business Connection and Social Investment 2026,” brought together over 200 delegates from government bodies, industry associations, and businesses.

The programme aimed to facilitate direct networking between enterprises and investors from both countries, promoting environmentally responsible trade and investment. Participants explored opportunities in sectors such as agriculture, food processing, and sustainable supply chains, showcasing high-quality Vietnamese products to international stakeholders.

Singapore’s strong focus on sustainability and green finance aligns with Vietnam’s growing emphasis on environmentally conscious economic development. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing climate-friendly practices while boosting bilateral trade.

By fostering partnerships in sustainable commerce, both nations are positioning themselves to benefit from the global transition towards greener economies. The initiative is expected to open new avenues for investment, innovation, and long-term cooperation in addressing environmental challenges.
