Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy (DCDE), operating under Dubai Chambers, has unveiled ‘Launchpad Dubai’, a comprehensive platform aimed at attracting global startups and investors to the emirate. The project streamlines market entry, business setup, and expansion processes, while also promoting the city’s goal of becoming a global innovation hub.

Launchpad Dubai helps entrepreneurs, including those from India, integrate seamlessly into Dubai’s growing business environment. Indian enterprises continue to play a significant part in the city’s economy, with over 9,000 new Indian companies joining the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in the first half of 2025.

To expand this cooperation, Dubai Chambers has established international offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru, providing Indian businesses with counsel and access to strategic networks. The chamber has also inked Memorandums of Understanding with the Confederation of Indian Industry, FICCI, and the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry to encourage cross-border cooperation.

The initiative is supported by Dubai Founders HQ, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund, and Antler, which provide funding, mentorship, and strategic connections. Entrepreneurs like Episyche Technologies and Fluxgen Sustainable Technologies have praised Dubai’s supportive ecosystem and global reach.
