The United Arab Emirates national cycling team finished their participation in the Arab Cycling Championship, which was held in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, with an astounding total of 17 medals, including 11 gold medals, 2 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals. Following his victory in the individual time trial, Abdullah Jassim was able to achieve a double victory by winning the individual time trial. He was awarded the gold medal in the competition.

Jassim’s teammate, Ahmed Al Mansoori, finished third and was awarded the bronze medal. Maadhed Al Mashghouni, on the other hand, won in the junior road race, claiming the gold medal. Additionally, the junior team achieved the silver medal in the team classification for the same event. The United Arab Emirates senior squad continued its domination at the team level by finishing first in the overall team standings, surpassing both Iraq and Jordan in terms of performance.
